Right to Certificate and CME hours
We strive to provide a high standard learning/training and education experience for our audience, and we are very guarding of our reputation as a trusted training center amongst our clients. Therefore, and also to abide by SCFHS laws, we would like you to know that you do not automatically qualify for certificate and/or CME hours by merely purchasing the activity. You have to complete course requirements such as: full attendance for live webinar, submitting assignments and assessments on time...etc.
We also would like to emphasize the importance of fully attending live webinars and activities, and that missing them without a sound reason and official documentation, will disqualify you from getting the certificate, CME hours. Moreover, the fees will not be refunded.
By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at email@example.com
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current always. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service.

If you wish to pay for service made available through Service ('Payment'), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected
(CACHET), may offer Verified Certificates of Achievement for courses (a 'Verified Certificate') or certificates for programs for learners who, have satisfactorily demonstrated mastery of the course or completed a program material. Certificates will be issued by 'Center of Advanced Consultants in Healthcare Education and Training.', (CACHET) under the name of the underlying Member(s) from where the course or program originated. The decision whether a certificate will be awarded to a given learner will be solely within the discretion of the 'Center of Advanced Consultants in Healthcare Education and Training.', (CACHET) and awarding Member.
Acceptable forms of verification documents are:
- Government issued driver's license
- National ID card
In order to be accepted by 'Center of Advanced Consultants in Healthcare Education and Training.', (CACHET), your ID must:
- Contain your full name exactly (excluding hyphens, accents, and spaces);
- Contain a relatively current photograph of yourself.
- Be an original document; photocopied documents cannot be accepted; and
- Be current and valid; expired documents cannot be accepted.
Unfortunately, if you do not possess an acceptable ID the criteria described above, CACHET is unable to provide you with a Verified Certificate at this time.
We issue refunds for Courses before the start date of the said course. You are eligible for a full refund 48 hours before the start date ,50% refund within 48 hours of the start date and no refund after start date of the course.
Content found on or through this Service are the property of 'Center of Advanced Consultants in Healthcare Education and Training.', (CACHET) or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any 'junk mail', 'chain letter,' 'spam,' or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party's use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
- Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service.
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.
- Attack Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
- Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
- Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 'Center of Advanced Consultants in Healthcare Education and Training.', (CACHET) and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries.
